How We Partner

First Voice International partners with a wide array of international organizations, government agencies, multilateral institutions, international and national NGOs, and community groups.

First Voice works both with partner organizations that have already created audio or multi-media content and simply wish to use FVI bandwidth to increase its distribution, as well as with those who want to tap FVI's staff expertise to develop a comprehensive, customized information production and distribution solution.

Partnership Example  

Through a newly established five year partnership with the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and its Learning Center, First Voice Africa is using its technology assets and expertise to open communications channels and bring greater flows of information to rural communities across southern Africa  it will unleash the wealth of knowledge trapped in institutions and isolated rural communities.  Not only will communities gain access to information, including content from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation's Learning Center, they will also gain a technology enabled voice that lets them engage in dialogue and share indigenous knowledge well beyond previous boundaries.  By the end of the partnership, these communities will have the capacity to maintain and run ten community information centers that they have been deeply involved in setting up, and they will serve as models for effective rural communications and information dissemination.
