| Is your content proprietary? | No, because it is not our content. It belongs to our content partners and, in some cases, to their donors. |
| Can I stream the audio? | Not at this time. |
| How do I access the MMS/Data channel? | A satellite receiver capable of receiving the MMS/Data channel is required. The cost of this is under 100USD. |
| How do I get a receiver? How much do they cost? | Receivers are available in most countries at your local WorldSpace™ Radio dealer or through the WorldSpace™ website. Also, receivers and training can be obtained through FVI. |
| How do I activate a receiver? | This depends on the type of receiver- whether it is an audio receiver, a multimedia receiver or an audio/multimedia receiver. Instruction and training can be obtained from FVI. |
